Service Description

A licensed trademark attorney will conduct a thorough trademark search for potential conflicts with your mark and provide an opinion on the likely success of its use. This service is for search only and does not include a trademark registration. If you wish complete packages, see our other offerings.

Cancellation Policy

Only partial refunds provided. Once booked and before attorney begins work, Client agrees that any cancellation of requested service will result in an administrative fee in the amount of $200 to cover the work in opening and then closing the file. Any balance left after such cancellation will be refunded to Client. Once work has begun, Client agrees that the minimum fee earned by the attorney is $200, unless attorney has expended more than 1 hour on the matter, in which case, the attorney's fees for the matter will be calculated based on the amount of time worked, in increments of 6 minutes multiplied by attorney's normal hourly rate of $200/hr. Any monies paid beyond that amount by Client will be refunded to Client.
