Service Description

A U.S. licensed attorney will conduct a basic, quick USPTO and internet search for potential conflicts with your Mark and prepare and file your teas plus trademark application for you. This service includes attorney availability to answer questions and attorney response to any minor office actions brought by the examiner. This service does not provide for reply to any major USPTO Office Actions, which, if needed, would be done on an hourly basis. Price does not include USPTO filing fees.

Cancellation Policy

Only partial refunds provided. Once booked and before attorney begins work, Client agrees that any cancellation of requested service will result in an administrative fee in the amount of $200 to cover the work in opening and then closing the file. Any balance left after such cancellation will be refunded to Client. Once work has begun, Client agrees that the minimum fee earned by the attorney is $200, unless attorney has expended more than 1 hour on the matter, in which case, the attorney's fees for the matter will be calculated based on the amount of time worked, in increments of 6 minutes multiplied by attorney's normal hourly rate of $200/hr. Any monies paid beyond that amount by Client will be refunded to Client.
